Refund Policy

For any orders received that might not be as described in the customers order, contact us and we will cover all additional fees that might come up to ensure all orders meet the required standards (replacing damaged goods or any products delivered that might not match the customers order).

Shipping Policy

Orders are accepted for product deliveries only within the territory of the Greek State.

Orders are sent with the courier company "Γενική Ταχυδρομική".

Hard-to-reach areas may be serviced by the local Post Office.

Indicative delivery time:

* 1-3 working days for mainland Greece
* 2-3 working days for Island Greece and hard-to-reach land destinations (such as Chania, Rethymnon, Rhodes, etc.).

Our company is not responsible for any delays in delivery beyond the stipulated time as well as for the delay due to insufficient details of the sender

In the second case, the relevant department will contact the customer directly, in order to resolve the issue immediately.
